I picture myself as a low-gravity synthetic puppything with a ruff around my neck like Popplio!! I'm 4′ (1.2m) tall in anthro form but i can often be found on all fours

I'm floaty and cold to the touch and i have weather control powers in headspace! I can make clouds to shield myself from the sun, and i tend to wag up tornadoes and blizzards when i'm excited!
